The Active Patient GDM site was created to inform and support women participating in a Gestational Diabetes study. Developed collaboratively with physicians, researchers, nutritionists, and other experts, the site offers a wealth of bilingual resources, including videos, audio content, and recipes, all presented in an easily navigable format. Additionally, the website utilizes WordPress to integrate various APIs for tracking participants’ physical activity through devices like Fitbit.

SMARTER (Step Monitoring for ARTERial Health) is a strategy to increase physical activity, especially walking, in type 2 diabetes. Patients use a step counter (a pedometer or accelerometer) to track how many steps they walk each day.

Informational/Motivational Video

This bilingual, informational website for a company that provides horse farm construction services and consulting. The home page features a clean, tiles design. We provided all the text and the translations.
